What was the Upstream Rehabilitation lawsuit about?

The lawsuit against Upstream Rehabilitation was filed over the data breach that occurred in early 2023, and the personal information of the customers was compromised. The lawsuit claims the physical therapy service provider, Upstream Rehabilitation, failed to protect its customers’ information.

Who can receive the Upstream Rehabilitation settlement? 

The Upstream Rehabilitation data settlement was entitled to anyone in the US who met the following eligibility conditions:
